Yuwalk True Care was founded by Cameron Adams, an experienced education leader, mentor and community-focused support professional with nearly 20 years of service across Australia and New Zealand.

We provide flexible, personalised support   aligned to your goals, including:                 

YUWALK True Care provides personalised supports that promote independence, confidence and meaningful participation in everyday life. We take a trauma-informed, culturally respectful, and strengths-based approach, ensuring supports are delivered in a safe and empowering way.

At YUWALK True Care, safety is the foundation of our support. Through trauma-informed practice, cultural humility, choice, empowerment and collaboration, we create environments where people feel respected, heard and supported. Our approach recognises the impact of trauma, inequity, and systemic barriers and honours each person’s story, identity and dignity.

Yuwalk, a Djambarrpuyngu (Yolŋu Matha) word meaning Truth, reflects our commitment to honest relationships and walking alongside people with dignity, connection, and purpose.

We are currently operating as an Unregistered Provider serving self-managed and plan-managed participants, with a pathway toward formal registration.
